The North Myrtle Beach Humane Society has nearly 80 dogs and puppies, and over a 100 cats and kittens that are ready for a forever home. If you or someone you know can adopt a pet, please come down to the NMB Humane Society, or go to your locale Humane Society or shelter to make a wonderful canine or feline eternally grateful. As an animal lover and volunteer dog walker, I know how very special and smart these pets to be are, and through adoption you will give them an amazing life, and they will give back to you 100-fold. If you are unable to adopt, perhaps you can become a volunteer to give them a little bit of sunshine and hope; I always hear, “I could not do that I would become too attached or I’d want to adopt them all….”, let’s be serious, doing something is far better than the alternative, and the joy and tail wags generated from their regular visitor and volunteer friends is priceless.
